Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, pomegranate seeds)

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  • Whisk together egg and milk in a bowl.
  • Dip the bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it is soaked on both sides.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the soaked bread for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • Spread Greek yogurt or cream cheese on the French toast.
  • Top with mixed berries and pomegranate seeds.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
